A deposit of $100 is required on all trips to confirm your reservation date. Payment may be made by cash or check. Thirty days advance notice of cancellation is required for a refund of your deposit. However; on shorter notice we will be glad to refund your deposit once we are able to rebook the date you cancelled. Your safety is our first concern. Please let us know if a member of your party has special needs. We want your trip to be enjoyable. Occasionally a charter needs to be cancelled due to weather or wind conditions. All decisions regarding weather will be made by the Captain at the time of the charter. In the event of a cancellation due to weather; you may reschedule your charter or receive a refund of your deposit.
